Unable to run DBCONSOLE - OC4J Configuration issue

[oracle@test]$ emctl start dbconsole 
OC4J Configuration issue. /app/oracle/product/11.2.0.1/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_test_test not found. 

This is due to a misconfiguration of dbconsole.

First DROP:

[oracle@test bin]$ ./emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop
